It's not what you say,
it's what people HEAR.

We Believe...

The lynchpin to effective communication hinges not on what the speakers says, but on what people hear, and how they understand.

Hence, the slightest discrepancy from "your intention" to "my understanding" will oftern result in misses as good as a mile.

Team & Individual Training Plan for the best and prepare for the worst.

Understanding your audience is rudimental to communication, which is why we prioritise what our clients want when training them:

A high-ranking executive about to make a public speech invited us for focused drills on crafting the messages and picking the optimal ways of expression.

A youth organization that had to train up eight freshmen to host a forum within a short period of time invited us to give ten training sessions with rehearsals and teach them improvisation skills.

Educational institutions make speeches primarily to teenagers, so we conducted surveys on high school students and shared relevant communucation skills based on the results.

Public organizations invite us for half or full-day workshops during annual staff training to shed light on the latest media landscape and provide team games and practices to help with annual evaluation and planning for the next year.

Public and private establishments aiming at improving risk previews and crisis management invited us to offer social media listening/analytics (SML/SMA) with big data. In addition, we provide simulation exercises and communication drills for executive and frontline staff respectively.

There are many more possibilities for the training we offer.
